    Bootstrapping an entire digital marketing department from scratch with Zero budget is crazy. But I did it, setting, planning, and executing of the digital marketing strategy to promote Technica's Industrial solutions and CSR initiatives:

    • Introduced a new inbound marketing strategy leveraging multiple digital marketing channels
    • Created the sitemap and consulted on UX/UI for the new company website. Oversaw its development during outsourcing.
    • Produced all the website content. Responsible for all blogging and copywriting activities.
    • Built an omnichannel funnel to nurture and capture leads across Website, Email, SEO, SEM, and Social Media.
    • Developed the strategy, templates, and best practices for all Email marketing campaigns. Ensured email list health and cleanup.
    • Performed GDPR compliance audit and introduced required changes and best practices.
    • Produced content for the LinkedIn company page and for key management and Sales profiles.
    • Developed a Social Selling strategy for LinkedIn. Continuously coaching our sales team through its execution and fine-tuning.

    • Developed daily timesheet system through VBA programming for Microsoft Excel, allowing me to create dynamic custom dashboards for the Presales Manager, reducing report generation time and reducing management overhead.
    • Developed an automated offer generation system through VBA programming for Microsoft Excel, encompassing all aspects of an Industrial solution offer, reducing offer lead times by 90% and reducing human errors by 98%.
